We specialise in the development of safety documentation by compiling various Health and Safety compliance files in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety act.

We have three health and Safety file options:
1. Master Files
The master file is a complete management programme that covers all the documentation required for a safety file in terms of the Occupational Health and safety Act and not specific to one client.
The file can be edited to suit a client’s specific requirements, allowing a client to delete what is not required and for the client to add in their own company policies.
The master file contains a self-audit section, allowing the client to conduct their own audit to assess whether they would be compliant in terms of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
The file can be reused and edited as often as required and can be used for specific projects if needed.
Multiply files can be generated from the master file.
The file can be purchased from us and be provided to the client in an editable electronic format.
2. Workplace (Site Specific) Health and Safety Files
We can develop the client’s site-specific safety file and plan in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, according to the client’s specifications, scope of work and environment, demonstrating compliance in accordance to the clients risk management programme and assist the client in implementing the safety file.
This file is generally used for office or corporate office type environment.
A Consultant will normally visit the premises requiring the Safety File prior to developing the file in order to ascertain the requirements needed for the safety file.
The file will cover and contain all the documentation required for a safety file in terms of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
3. Project Specific Health and Safety Files
We can develop the clients specific project safety file and plan in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, according to the client’s specifications, scope of work and environment demonstrating compliance in accordance to the clients risk management programme and assist the client in implementing the safety file.
This file is generally used where a client is conducting a specific project, not necessarily at the client’s own business premises.
A Consultant will visit the premises/area where the specific project is taking place and for where the specific project Safety File is required, prior to developing the file in order to ascertain the requirements needed for the project safety file.
The file will cover and contain all the documentation required for a safety file in terms of the Occupational Health and Safety Act relevant to the specific project and will demonstrate compliance according to the clients risk management programme.
WORKPLACE ACCIDENT OR INCIDENT INVESTIGATIONS
We conduct investigations of workplace accidents or incidents in order to ascertain the conclusion as to the cause of the accident of incident and how to prevent a future recurrence of the event.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE AUDITS AND INSPECTIONS
Our legal compliance audits and inspections are set out to establish the effectiveness and level of compliance of your safety management system by evaluating system documentation and the physical condition of the workplace.
